A Public Message of Health Alert.
As everyone is aware that COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Positive cases have been identified in the country which is a swift viral disease and life threatening too, but Health Authorities are taking good care to cope with the virus to outbreak in the country and situations are under control at present.
Therefore, everyone is required take necessary precautions for self-care at home and on work premises as our national duty.
- DO NOT Panic and act as afraid of this disease BUT Be Alert to keep yourself healthy and active.
- Keep your premises clean and stay clean yourself, i.e. personal hygiene etc.
- Clean your hands time to time during working activities, before and after meals or contact with any outside object etc. Use antibacterial soaps or liquids.
- Cover your nose and wear medical face mask (ordinary surgical).
- Do Not rub your nose, eyes instead use some anti-allergic medication prescribed by the registered health care practitioners.
- Avoid staying with others if you feel cough, cold, flue, headache and any relevant medical conditions and immediately report to health care practitioners. Similarly, if you are healthy and find somebody is suffering any of these medical conditions, try maintaining a distance of 4 to 6 feet while conversation and avoid coming into direct contact.
- Take sufficient intake of water as per your BMI (3 liters in 24 hrs is recommended).
- Avoid outside and unpacked foods (cooked or processed) and take well cooked foods (a lunch box is recommended before leaving home).
- Add maximum vegetables and fruits in your foods and avoid eating animal meat (all kinds).
Keep an eye around your premises while you at work or at home and take good care of yourselves, coworkers and family members.
